Roadmap to Peak Golf Performance
For years now there has been a growing recognition that what determines the golfing winners from the rest is not their ability to hit great golf shots but their ability to deliver performance in times of pressure. Golfing history is littered with golfing greats that consistently delivered when it mattered most and, equally, golfers who, when standing on the edge of major achievement, have imploded only to be remembered as “chokers”.
In modern times you have the examples of Jack Nicholas and Tiger Woods (there are many others) who consistently contended, and won, majors and more. They exuded an air of supremecy, of confidence, and under the greatest scrutiny, often found a way of “making the shot”
On the other side of the coin you can recall the collapse of Greg Norman in the 1996 Masters. The unfathomable play of Van De Velde in the 1999 Open and, for those with a longer memory the missed putt of Doug Saunders from 2.5 feet to win the Open in 1970 at St Andrews.
The difference is that in the moments of greatest challenge you simply have to be in the moment, present to the task, to have trained your mind to trust your body and to be in THE ZONE, to be in a state of FLOW.

Welcome to Flow Code
Club golfers often think that being in the zone is the preserve of the elite athlete, for those that perform at the highest level. ITS NOT. We can all create an environment where we, as club golfers, play without self interference, be at our best (what ever that is) and be present in a golf shot time after time. We can achieve our peak performance and in doing so learn more, progress faster and, above all, enjoy every aspect of the wonderful game of golf.
My Flow Code programmes explain how we get in our own way and show you how to get into the zone. The beginner programme assesses your current state and sets you on the way to better performance. Programmes Advanced and Master delve much deeper into the application of breathing techniques, on course processes and feed back loops that will help you achieve your goals and be your golfing best.
The Advanced and Master levels include individual and group support through zoom calls and V1 or on course lessons.
